New school zone speed limits on streets near Hilltop Elementary School
The Contra Costa Board of Supervisors has adoped a number of traffic resolutions that establish 20 MPH school speed zones on streets near Hilltop Elementary School. The streets affected are Kenyon Ave, Highland Boulevard, and Arlmont Drive. See the file below for all the details.
